Key Responsibilities: Server & Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux). Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure uptime, performance, and availability of all server-based applications. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) used for backups, hosting applications, and storage. Implement and maintain cloud-based security measures and data access controls. Manage cloud-to-local integrations and hybrid environments. Data Security & Backup: Oversee daily and scheduled backups (local and cloud-based) and conduct regular restoration tests. Ensure firewall and antivirus systems are up-to-date across all servers and endpoints. Manage access privileges and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling across all clinics. Remote Support & Maintenance: Provide remote IT support to clinics for server and network-related issues. Monitor VPN connections between clinics and central office. Conduct periodic audits of network and data integrity at clinic locations. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain updated documentation of infrastructure, server configurations, and change logs. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support. Project Implementation: Participate in new IT rollouts across clinics (e.g., EMR, CRM, telehealth systems). Lead cloud migration or server upgrade initiatives when required.
